Our eBooks and digital downloads are delivered electronically and are available immediately after purchase. As digital goods cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
When You Can Request a Refund

- The product was not delivered or your download link did not work and we were unable to resolve it.
- The file is corrupted, unreadable, or significantly different from its description, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).

- You no longer need the product or purchased it by mistake after download.
- The request is made after the eligible refund window described below.
Refund Window
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your purchase date. Requests made after this period may not be honored.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, and the time to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Some links on our website direct you to third-party stores and affiliate partners. Any product you buy on those external sites is subject to that seller's own refund and returns policy, not ours. Please review their terms before purchasing.
